Welcome to the Catchy Games community! These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all of our games, websites, forums, social media channels, and any other services we provide (collectively, "Services"). These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service and are part of the agreement between you and Catchy Yazılım Limited Şirketi.

By using our Services, you agree to follow these Guidelines. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

What We Encourage

Be friendly and welcoming to new players.
Give constructive feedback and help others improve.
Report bugs through proper channels (in-game help or info@catchy.games).
Celebrate each other's achievements.
Protect your own and others' personal information.
Respect different play styles and strategies.

What Is Not Allowed

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment & Toxicity

Bullying, intimidation, threats, or stalking of any kind.
Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability.
Sexual harassment, sexually explicit content, or unwanted advances.
Doxxing — sharing or threatening to share someone's personal information.
Encouraging others to harm themselves or to harass someone.

Cheating & Exploitation

Using hacks, bots, mods, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive advantage instead of reporting them.
Account sharing, selling, buying, or trading.
Win trading, match fixing, or deliberately losing to manipulate rankings.

Fraud & Deception

Scamming other players or attempting to steal accounts.
Impersonating Catchy employees, moderators, or other players.
Spreading false information about our games or services.
Using payment methods without authorization (chargebacks from unauthorized use).

Disruptive Behavior

Spamming chat, forums, or any community channels.
Advertising, promoting, or soliciting without permission.
Intentionally disrupting others' gameplay experience (griefing).
Circumventing bans or restrictions using alternate accounts.

Illegal Activity

Any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency.
Distributing malware or phishing links.
Gambling or organizing unauthorized lotteries.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these Guidelines:

In-Game: Use the in-game reporting tools available in our games. This is the fastest way to report issues.
Email: Contact us at info@catchy.games with as much detail as possible, including screenshots or recordings if available.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly.

Do not make false reports. Abusing the reporting system is itself a violation of these Guidelines.

Consequences

Violations of these Guidelines may result in enforcement actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense:

Warning: A formal notice for minor or first-time violations.
Mute / Chat Restriction: Temporary or permanent loss of communication privileges.
Temporary Suspension: Loss of access to our Services for a specified period.
Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from our Services, including loss of all account data and Virtual Items.
Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activity, we may report violations to law enforcement and pursue legal remedies.

We reserve the right to take action at any level, including immediate permanent bans for serious violations, without prior warning.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may appeal by contacting us at info@catchy.games with the subject line "Enforcement Appeal."

Your appeal must include:

Your in-game username or player ID
A description of the action taken against your account
Your reason for believing the action was unwarranted

We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision on the appeal is final.

Protecting Younger Players

Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We are committed to creating a safe environment for younger players:

If you are a parent or guardian and become aware of inappropriate content or behavior directed at a minor, please contact us immediately at info@catchy.games.
Adults interacting with younger players must do so appropriately. Any predatory behavior will result in immediate permanent bans and reporting to law enforcement.
