We are Catchy Yazılım Limited Şirketi, a technology company that designs, develops, and operates mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data via our website, online advertisements, and mobile games (collectively, our "Services"). This Policy does not cover data we collect offline, from job applicants, or from employees.

2. What Types of Personal Data We Collect & How

2.1 Directly from You

Depending on how you use our Services and your location, we collect:

• Profile & Gameplay Info: screen name, avatar, in‑game progress, scores, achievements, payments, competitions entered, usage details, team membership and forum messages.

• Parental Info: a parent's email and PIN, only if you enable parental controls.

2.2 Automatically from Your Device

We may automatically collect:

• Analytics Data: user ID, in‑game and ad interaction details, device information, IP address, browsing history, performance metrics, crash logs, technical diagnostics.
• Device Data: unique device IDs (IDFA, Google Advertising ID, IDFV, App Set ID, Game Center ID).
• Location Data: inferred from IP address.
• Commercial Info: purchase history, consumption tendencies.

2.3 From Third Parties

• Social Media: if you connect via Facebook, Google, Apple, etc., we receive data based on your privacy settings (e.g., name, profile picture, friends list). Review those settings before linking accounts.
• App Marketplaces: when you download or purchase via Apple App Store, Google Play, etc., we receive device, account, and payment details—not your full credit card info.
• Authentication Services: see social login above; if you decline linking, we assign a random user ID.
• Other Sources: publicly available sources, third parties with your consent, business transactions (e.g., mergers).

3. Purposes for Processing Your Data

We use your data to:

1. Provide, personalize, and support our games—including social features and parental controls.
2. Optimize performance and deliver customized in‑game events, offers, and promotions.
3. Manage day‑to‑day operations.
4. Verify identity and entitlement to Services.
5. Invite you to surveys.
6. Maintain security and integrity, prevent cheating/fraud, and protect players.
7. Improve and analyze our Services.
8. Communicate technical notices, updates, and administrative messages.
9. Enable player communications and social features.

5. Targeted Advertising

We and our AdTech Providers may use identifiers (IDFA, Google Advertising ID), IP address, Service usage data, timestamps, and inferred interests to deliver personalized ads and analytics. AdTech Providers may combine this data with information from other sites. This Policy doesn't govern their practices—review their privacy policies:

6. Control Over Your Information

• Delete or Reset our games to stop local data collection (but server‑side data may remain).
• Deactivate Account: unlink Facebook, delete games (all progress and virtual items lost).
• Device Permissions: via your device's Settings, revoke location or network access.
• Push Notifications: disable via device Settings.
• Targeted Ads Consent:
  • EEA+, UK, Switzerland, Türkiye, South Korea: consent requested at first launch; withdraw via Settings > Terms & Privacy.
  • U.S.: opt out via Settings > Terms & Privacy.
  • Or reset/prevent ad identifier via device Settings.
• Submit Privacy Requests: see Section 7.

7. Exercising Your Privacy Rights

You may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Opt out of targeted advertising or "sale" of data
• Non‑discrimination for exercising rights
• Appeal if we deny your request
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children 12 or under. Parents may request deletion of their child's data by contacting us. Users under 18 require parental permission; parental controls (chat, payments) are PIN‑protected once set.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures—encryption, firewalls, access controls—to protect data. However, no system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Websites

Links to non‑Catchy sites aren't covered by this Policy. Review those sites' privacy policies before sharing data.

11. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for processing purposes, legal compliance, or defending our rights. Afterwards, we delete or anonymize it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version here with a new date. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or prominent notice.
