This Supplemental California Consumer Privacy Act Statement (“Statement”) provides details about how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information that identifies, describes, or can reasonably be associated with California residents (“Personal Information”), and the rights that California residents may have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This Statement applies only if you reside in California and supplements our Catchy Yazılım Privacy Policy. It does not apply where a CCPA exception applies. “Personal Information” excludes publicly available government records or data that has been de‑identified or aggregated.

- Geolocation Data: inferred from IP address.
- Inferences: profiles reflecting preferences, characteristics, behavior, attitudes, tendencies.

- Personalize your in‑game profile and social elements (team play, competitions); activate paid services and provide player support;
- Optimize our games for you and your device; deliver customized in‑game events, offers, and promotions;
- Manage our organization and operations;
- Verify your identity and entitlement when you contact us or access our Services;
- Solicit participation in surveys;
- Maintain safety, security, and integrity of our Services;
- Operate, improve, and optimize games and Services;
- Personalize Services, understand user preferences, and enhance user experience;
- Provide access to social features and multiplayer competitions;
- Communicate confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;
- Enable player communications in games or on social media;
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- Prevent cheating, fraud, or other prohibited activities;
- Measure interest in our Services;
- Ensure internal quality control;
- Comply with laws, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and defend legal rights;
- Activate and verify parental controls;
- Comply with contractual and legal requirements;

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information:
We do not “sell” Personal Information for money. However, we “sell” and “share” (as defined under the CCPA) certain identifiers, IP addresses, browsing history, product/service considerations, geolocation data, and inferences to our advertising technology providers (“AdTech Providers”) for cross‑context behavioral and targeted advertising. To opt out in‑game, go to Settings > Terms & Privacy.
Retention: We retain Personal Information as necessary for processing purposes, legal compliance, defending legal claims, or making data available to authorities. Once no longer needed, we delete it.

3. CCPA Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what Personal Information we’ve collected, the sources, purposes for collection/sale/sharing, third‑party recipients, and the specific data we hold about you (limited to twice per 12 months).
- Delete Personal Information we collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate Personal Information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for behavioral advertising.
- Limit use/disclosure of sensitive Personal Information (we do not collect such data).
- Non‑discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
4. How to Exercise CCPA Rights
- Do Not Sell or Share: In‑game: Settings > Terms & Privacy; or email [email protected].
- Other Rights (Know, Delete, Correct): Email [email protected] or write to our address below. Describe your request.
- Verification: We will verify your identity and right to make the request. We may ask for additional information.
- Authorized Agents: An agent may submit requests with your signed permission and our verification of that permission.
